Tuesday night Gilt City had a carnival on the POV Terrace of the W hotel which featured the W’s new summer cocktails. Guest enjoyed carnivals treats like corn dogs, candy apples and traditional carnival games. Two major focal points were the ticket booth and spinning wheel. Click here to see more carnival images.
